Sushine and Bank Holidays

Hello to you.
It's been glorious here the sun has been shining and I have even managed to get out in a t shirt.
Here in Wales our bank holidays are usually wet and grey.....but not this one sunshine all the way.
We got a lot done in the garden.
A huge orange tulip.
This tulip made me smile and reminded me of a boiled egg!
Beans ready to be planted out runners and French.
Before.....
and after.

The beans should really take off now there in the veg plot.

Now...just got to find a place for all these cheeky seedlings!
The plastic green house above has been fab and saved my window sills this year it was a bargain too.
The light sunny yellow from these primroses has inspired the paint colour for my daughters room, to be painted soon wish me luck!
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend.
xx

  2. Hello again FB - a very productive time you've been having: your beans look good and healthy and they'll come on in leaps and bounds now they're planted out. I see what you mean about the boiled egg reminder - how sweet!
That is such a lovely colour for a little girl's bedroom - I'm sure you'll do a lovely job with the painting and she'll be very happy!
I'm glad to hear your weekend was sunny and hope it lasts awhile - we are into autumn now and conditions are very changeable - wild and wet at the moment but it's just mother nature venting her spleen a bit then she'll feel better and shine on us again too!!!
I hope your week continues to be good and look forward to seeing your next project. Joy xx

  5. You've been a busy bee. We have yellow primroses everywhere at the moment, they are even in the lawn they must have self seeded from next door but they are to pretty to pull up. I shall wait until the flowers finish. Sarah x
