Hello, hello!
I've been wondering for a while what to do for my next project.
Recently I've bought a few books from my amazon wish list one of which being Cute and easy crochet. I enjoyed Nikki Trench's cute and easy crochet with flowers so much I wanted to have this one too!
So the new year project! A patchwork granny square bag I thought.
I made a quick start last night and hope to take my time and enjoy it.
Lots of cheery colours perfect for all these grey days we've been having.
I'm still picking up and putting down my hexagon blanket too, I quite like to have a couple of projects going at once.
Thank you for your lovely comments
and welcome to my new followers.
Lovely to have you here with me.
xx

ReplyDeleteI have both of those books too, she has some lovely projects in there. I'm doing the African Flower throw at the moment.

Hello lovely FB - looks like you're getting back in the groove with your lovely new bag coming up - and I do like your colour choices! I also like to have more than one project on the go at the same time but perhaps four or five is a bit much? Do you think?
ReplyDeleteTake care and have a lovely weekend! Warm hugs to take away the grey days, Joy xo
I've made that bag! It's a beauty, I gave it as a gift to my daughter's piano teacher - it was a joy to make, looks like you've made a great start already - be sure to link it up to my blog, the CAL link up is on again! Chrissie x
