Summer Lovin

Hello.
Hope you're all enjoying a nice weekend?
I thought I'd share a few photos of the garden.
The rain has arrived today, much needed by the garden.
Busy bumble bee!

Twisty bud.

My daughter's red sunflower in the sunshine.

Hydrangea Annabelle.

Sweet peas!

Wildflower mix.

Sunflower again.

Nearly ready to come out.

Our tallest sunflower must be over 7ft now!

My latest creation ready for cooler weather...not sure if it might look a bit tea cosyish!
Thank you for your lovely comments on the last post, I did love the yarn bombing.
xx

  1. Glorious flowers and a fabulous hat which does not look, I assure you, anything like a teacosy!

It's lovely to meet you, by the way.

    Warmest wishes from France,

  2. Lovely garden snaps again FB, such lovely colours aren't they! I'm glad to hear you had some rain to freshen things up a bit after all that heat!
Love your hat - and it's gorgeous colours too - and it does not look like a tea cosy at all - just a very pretty colourful hat which I'm sure you'll enjoy wearing when the weather cools down a bit!
    Have a great week!

  7. Great photos! I love your hat. I'm getting ready to make myself a hat for the winter and I'm hoping to get it slouchy and loose, unlike others I've made in the past. :)
